Using a non-existing email return address on a commercial solicitation, subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person’s permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of or to inappropriate newsgroups are in violation of our Terms and of certain State/Province laws. In addition to termination of service, supportONE will charge $2.00 per email recipient for any such activity. Posting information, violating trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights or intentionally inflicting emotional distress, posting of private, defamatory, scandalous, or information about a person without their consent violates our conditions. in all instances, supportONE reserves the right to determine what defines the term Net abuse

In the event the Client fails to pay in advance for the services provided herein or any delinquency exists in the Client’s account reserves the right to terminate thi agreement and discontinue service to the Client without liability.

supportONE will acquire, at the request of the Customer, an Internet Domain Name on behalf of the Customer. In such case the Customer hereby waives any and all claims which it may have against supportONE for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising out of, or in relation to, registration of such Domain Name in any on-line or off-line network directories, membership lists or registration lists, or the release of the Domain Name from such directories or lists following the termination of services by supportONE
for any reason. Any cos incurred by supportONE in obtaining or maintaining a domain name for Customer or its customers shall be at the expense of the Customer. Customer’s access and/or login into their respective personal accounts shall be deemed as acceptance of the agreed upon terms and conditions stated above. 

supportONE reserves the right to make changes to any of the above terms and conditions of this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Client, advising of the changes and the effective date thereof. This agreement represents the complete agreement and
